Under the two year builder warranty
If your system is under the two year builder warranty then your first port of call will be the builder you purchased your home from. They will then liaise with us to ensure that your problem is rectified as soon as possible.
Gas leak
If you smell gas or think you may have a gas leak then should turn your gas supply off at the meter immediately
Water Leak
In the event of a water leak then you need to turn your water off at the water meter immediately.
Pressure check
If you have no heating then you need to check the pressure on your boiler and top the pressure up in the system via the filling loop.
